Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of installations while meeting compliance requirements
  • Monitor installer performance and manage staffing to adhere to installation timelines
  • Coordinate with consumers and internal teams to facilitate device installations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in phone interviewing or contractor management is a plus
  • Experience with remote hiring or supervision and Salesforce is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
