Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Supervisor who will oversee the provider enrollment team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the provider enrollment team, ensuring productivity goals are met
• Monitor enrollment timelines to prevent delays affecting billing and reimbursement
• Train and mentor enrollment staff, conducting performance evaluations and coaching as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of provider enrollment regulations and payer requirements
• Proficiency in provider enrollment systems (e.g., PECOS, CAQH) and payer portals
• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations
• 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
