Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of railcar assets to ensure performance and compliance
• Lead program maintenance initiatives and coordinate with repair shops and vendors
• Train and mentor new Asset Managers while supporting process improvements and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum 2 years of rail industry experience focused on railcar maintenance or asset management
• Demonstrated decision-making ability in complex rail operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills with sound judgment in technical environments
