Job Summary
A company is looking for a Certification Tracking Specialist to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily spreadsheet of active providers pending DMA
- Update comments in NND and communicate with relevant teams regarding provider status
- Assist with provider outreach and support other team members as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work from a designated home office with required internet speed
- Willingness to work a shift from 8:00 am CST to 4:30 pm CST (M-F)
