Operations Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Research Analyst to support the Defense Agencies Initiative Data Analytics Support Team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop analytically driven tools, reports, and dashboards using Qlik and ServiceNow
• Analyze DAI data and implement process improvements for reporting
• Lead projects and instruct team members on metrics development and software user manuals

Required Qualifications

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or a current NACLC
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in relevant fields
• Experience with QlikSense and database management
• Proficiency in SQL programming and report development
