Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review files from the Processing Assistant and ensure all documentation is complete before submission to Underwriting
• Conduct Welcome calls/emails with borrowers to review conditions after files exit Underwriting
• Manage actionable conditions and collaborate with Underwriting and Management to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• Proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS
• Strong understanding of TRID guidelines
• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
