Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to assist with daily tasks for the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and assistance to the manager of technical support and the support and implementation teams
- Review incoming launch projects for accuracy, identify data inconsistencies, and report duplicate projects and accounts
- Collaborate with launch and sales teams to ensure updated contact information and accurate project creation
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CRMs, specifically Salesforce
- Ability to quickly identify and correct data anomalies and inconsistencies
- Quick learner, able to follow outlined processes with accuracy
- Strong communication skills to articulate action steps and document project errors
