A company is looking for a Field Service Manager to lead the Field Services and Installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of hardware devices, ensuring professionalism, timeliness, thoroughness, and cost-efficiency
- Develop and refine field operations processes, including resourcing plans and managing third-party installers
- Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to ensure a positive customer experience during installation and maintenance visits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in field operations management
- Project management experience, coordinating across functional teams
- Familiarity with industry best practices for installing IoT hardware products
- Technical skills related to the product or service supported
