Workers Compensation Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Report inventory status to the Director weekly and ensure it is current and accurately worked
• Oversee and mentor supervisors, addressing staffing concerns and employee needs
• Engage in client interactions, including meetings and report preparation, to ensure client needs are met

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers comp or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of BRC review and CCH hearing processes preferred
• Working knowledge of the hospital revenue cycle process
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing collection practices, such as HIPAA and FDCPA
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
