Key Responsibilities
- Drive account performance in alignment with KPIs and SLAs
- Develop and implement business intelligence and technology strategies for continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation and learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis
- Minimum of eight to ten years of facility management experience
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo) and BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI)
- Proven leadership experience in coaching and mentoring teams
- Strong technical and analytical skills
