Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workforce planning processes, including staffing and scheduling forecasts
- Lead day-to-day operations, implementing policies and ensuring goal attainment
- Manage financial resources, operational efficiency, and cultural change within the department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven leadership skills with at least two years of people management experience
- Experience with process improvement and project management
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with workforce management software
