Job Summary
A company is looking for a Joint Use Coordinator to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer work order activities including scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date management
- Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions and report progress to senior management
- Issue work assignments, monitor quality, and act as the primary contact for vendors to ensure successful project completion
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience leading complex projects with successful outcomes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
