Job Summary

A company is looking for a Joint Use Coordinator to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer work order activities including scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date management
  • Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions and report progress to senior management
  • Issue work assignments, monitor quality, and act as the primary contact for vendors to ensure successful project completion
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
  • Experience leading complex projects with successful outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
