Key Responsibilities
- Create calendars and milestones for simultaneous bids and confirm adherence to timelines
- Develop outlines and proposal artifacts, ensuring compliance and compelling content
- Coordinate proposal meetings and ensure timely updates of past performance and resume content
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience writing and coordinating federal government proposals or grants
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint applications
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
