Senior Director of IDI Claims

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, IDI Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the claims function for the Individual Disability Insurance line, enhancing guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with the IDI Leadership team to align with business unit strategy and manage department operations
• Develop and implement disability management strategies and monitor claim activity to identify trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in LTD or IDI claims
• 5 years of leadership experience in LTD or IDI claims
• Experience in coordinating cross-departmental work and product development related to claims functionality
• Proven ability to develop and manage a trained staff in a changing environment
