Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Management Specialist to manage accounts and ensure compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and process assigned accounts, recording all research and work performed
  • Classify accounts based on research and update them as necessary
  • Liaise between Inventory Management and internal departments to provide required information and perform ad hoc tasks
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in collections, customer service, or account inventory positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a capacity for quick learning on the job
