Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Administrator responsible for providing support and expertise to project and program managers in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee time recording and resource demands for project/program teams
- Provide project and resourcing support on selected projects and programs
- Coordinate and maintain timely and accurate Management Information (MI)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall experience
- 3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- 1-2 years' experience with Power BI
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
- 1 year experience with Microsoft Project and 2 years with SharePoint
