Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight of claims departments, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Maintain and improve claims operations by monitoring system performance and implementing action plans
- Compile and analyze data and metrics to inform leadership and enhance processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in management of claims operations
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or similar certification
- Advanced knowledge of claims processing and data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes
