Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracting Coordinator to support healthcare contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, generate, and track agreements and contracts
  • Coordinate the distribution of documents to ensure timely completion of the contracting process
  • Maintain organized records of provider and vendor agreements, both digital and hard copies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
  • Proven PC skills in Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to engage in contract negotiations and draft agreements
  • Understanding of healthcare and managed care contracting terminology
  • Organizational ability and good judgment in handling confidential information
