Provider Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the provider engagement staff, ensuring effective workflow and training
• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and contracted providers to maintain strong relationships
• Oversee the resolution of provider issues and manage large-scale provider outreach initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in managed care, health delivery systems, or project and staff management
• Experience with state and federal health programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
• Provider relations/contracting experience with strong negotiation skills
• Previous supervisory experience, including hiring and training staff
