Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to set and execute strategic plans
- Develop and implement operations-related plans, budgets, and policies to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets
- Manage vendor and key customer relationships while contributing to high-priority projects for future growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of upper-level experience in the payment processing and payment gateway industry
- 3+ years of cross-functional team management experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or business discipline
- Experience in small to medium-sized payment processing businesses as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
