Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of client work according to SLAs and manage workloads to prevent backlog
- Maintain a quality inspection pass rate of 95% or higher and oversee team performance on key deliverables
- Manage a team of 8+ individuals, conducting meetings and developing professional development plans
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of professional experience focused on operations and client service
- Proven experience managing a team of 8+ members
- Strong computer literacy in various tools (email, CRM, document tools, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage by KPIs and SLAs
