Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Contractor - Trade Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and subject matter expert in general construction for the department and leadership
• Review vendor quotes and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to address operational needs
• Proactively resolve complex vendor and client issues and support trade team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the general contracting/general building field or internal promotion from within the company
• Experience in Facility Management or as a General Contractor, preferably in residential properties
• Knowledge of renovations, roof replacements, and remediation issues (water, fire, mold, smoke damage)
• Extensive knowledge of permits, county codes, and structural requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
