Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and oversee the enterprise NOC for 24/7 monitoring and support
• Lead and mentor Service Delivery and NOC Managers while ensuring service quality across enterprise accounts
• Track service delivery metrics and engage with clients to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years in enterprise service delivery with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience running a Network Operations Center
• Experience in large-scale service delivery in a Managed Services Environment
• ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus
