Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the EVP of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EVP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications to drive efficiency
- Handle operational tasks including meeting preparation, expense reports, and complex travel arrangements
- Support special projects and coordinate Engineering leadership meetings and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives in technical or engineering environments, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Technical literacy to engage with engineering topics and software tooling
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks without losing focus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative in managing time effectively
