A company is looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operations research to develop data models from various sources and refresh them for optimization
• Provide solutions for product flow by utilizing capacity planning tools and collaborating with multiple teams
• Present actionable recommendations to finance and operations teams, supporting them with accurate metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics
• 2-5 years of experience in distribution/warehousing with a focus on capacity planning and optimization
• Proficiency in MS-Office suite, especially MS-Access, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint
• Familiarity with warehouse operating systems and labor-management systems
• Strong analytical skills
