Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations for connectivity services across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support core connectivity operations by tracking and coordinating workflows related to carrier onboarding and performance monitoring
• Oversee SIM ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution processes across all markets
• Take ownership of issue resolution for lower-priority partner escalations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve connectivity issues

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical or operational role in tech, consulting, finance, or a high-paced startup
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to dive into details
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and new tools (e.g., Notion, Looker, SQL)
• Interest in telecom, APIs, or connectivity is a plus
• Curiosity and willingness to learn are essential
