Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for health plan and channel partner programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner operations and optimize operational workflows for health plans and strategic partnerships
  • Lead eligibility operations, including user-acceptance testing and monitoring post-launch files
  • Serve as the claims-billing operations liaison, supporting system setup and tracking denials
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in client operations, implementation, or revenue operations, preferably in health plans or digital health
  • Experience managing eligibility feeds, EDI/API integrations, or healthcare data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of claims billing or revenue cycle management processes
  • Fluency in Excel/Sheets and experience with BI or visualization tools like Looker/Tableau
  • Strong project management experience, including running UAT cycles and maintaining multiple timelines
