Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Real Estate Office Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative staff performance and manage hiring/firing processes
  • Coordinate communication with clients and ensure smooth operations within the company
  • Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and client care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of management and administrative experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate sales experience
  • Experience with residential new construction is preferred
  • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or other CRM systems is required
  • This is a non-licensed, admin-only position; no Texas real estate license is required
