Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative staff performance and manage hiring/firing processes
- Coordinate communication with clients and ensure smooth operations within the company
- Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and client care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 2 years of management and administrative experience
- Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate sales experience
- Experience with residential new construction is preferred
- Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or other CRM systems is required
- This is a non-licensed, admin-only position; no Texas real estate license is required
