Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Loan Boarding and Service Transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team handling loan boarding and service transfers, ensuring processes meet expectations
• Serve as the key escalation point for servicing transfers and lead efforts to gather requirements from stakeholders
• Oversee issue management documentation and track all issues to resolution for inbound and outbound transfers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 years of mortgage servicing experience
• 5-7 years of experience in loan boarding and servicing transfers in a client-based environment
• 3-5 years of experience leading a team in loan boarding and service transfers
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for loan boarding and service transfers
