Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Contract Operations to manage the deal management process and supervise a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 Contract Operations analysts, overseeing onboarding and training
• Process large and complex deals, including scoping and contract drafting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the Contract Life-Cycle Management process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract cycle management or sales operations
• Experience with software workflow applications and CRM systems like Salesforce.com
• Familiarity with various standard contract and legal documents
• Experience in onboarding and training new employees
