- Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator
- Strong technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based software
- Reliable, high-speed home internet connection
- Demonstrated mastery of "Recipe for Success" tools and principles for current employees
- Previous management or leadership experience is a plus
