Senior Manager of Licensing Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Licensing, Credentialing & Regulatory Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end state and DEA licensing and renewal process for a national provider network
• Develop and maintain SOPs and systems for tracking licensing and credentialing processes
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure alignment with state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider credentialing and licensing within a healthcare organization
• Strong knowledge of DEA and Controlled Substance Registration processes
• Experience leading licensing and credentialing for contractor-based provider networks
• Proven ability to develop scalable systems and workflows
• Familiarity with credentialing vendor software such as CerifyOS or Medallion
