Property Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Property Management Manager, remote (PST or MT).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the team managing operational and financial activities of large property portfolios
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Act as primary contact with property owners and prepare financial reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
