Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expansion Operations Associate to support growth and client acquisition in new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and client growth in new markets by identifying and implementing data-driven growth opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships across markets to uncover new growth pathways and improve conversion rates
• Design, test, and implement pilots and workflows to unlock growth, while monitoring performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a high-growth startup or management consulting, preferably in business operations or growth roles
• Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and improve operational workflows
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial or growth modeling and data analytics tools
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving work environments
• Experience in health tech startups is preferred
