Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational processes and tooling for the Partner Account Management team
- Manage implementation and tracking of partner incentives and rewards programs
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting on partner health and ecosystem trends
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Strategy at a SaaS or GTM-focused organization
- Highly proficient in Salesforce, CRM workflows, reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with tools like Crossbeam, PartnerStack, or other PRM platforms
- Familiarity with partner programs and incentive models
- Experience with digital agencies or consultancies
