Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations & Project Manager for its Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with Finance to support legal budget forecasting, prepare reports, track expenses, and manage the department budget
- Coordinate logistics for department-wide initiatives such as goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning
- Serve as a Project Manager, leading and supporting transformational efforts, including tool adoption and improved knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a corporate legal department
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft tools
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvements
- Solid financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets
- Experience working within a corporate legal department is preferred
