Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational strategy, implementation, and staffing requirements across multiple locations
• Lead the workforce management team to optimize resource utilization and achieve KPIs
• Translate data into actionable insights to inform workforce strategy and enhance decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of workforce management experience, preferably leading a team
• 3-5 years of direct client management or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• Proficiency in WFM tools, project management tools, and MS Office technology
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred
