Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement execution plans and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support leadership in managing team health initiatives and drive cross-team projects to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, or related roles
• 5+ years of global enterprise experience in strategy and operations management or related fields
• Proven ability to organize and support cross-business change programs
• Experience with prioritization frameworks and portfolio planning processes
• Leadership experience with the ability to promote collaboration among cross-functional teams
