A company is looking for a Trades Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews request inputs/requirements for accuracy and completeness
- Provides end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Monitors service KPIs to identify, submit, and resolve service delivery incidents/problems
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of service-related experience in operations, customer service, or product development
- Comfort level working in multiple technology systems/platforms
- Understanding of relational databases and structures
- SQL experience is a plus
- MS Excel skills with the ability to review data sets
