Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates cross-functional teams and leads projects to implement process improvements in scheduling and labor productivity
- Monitors and measures quantitative improvements achieved through projects, ensuring data integrity and process analysis
- Maintains optimal operation of scheduling applications and serves as a liaison for functional configuration and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- 5-10 years of supervisory experience
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma Methodology is preferred
