Key Responsibilities

• Project manage provider launches to ensure timely progress
• Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews for practices
• Oversee critical customer experience operations and support communication with providers

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and advise on profitability strategies
• Proven track record of developing growth strategies and solving operational challenges
• Understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including compliance and revenue cycle management
• Experience in meeting and exceeding performance targets
