Job Summary
A company is looking for a LendingWise Administrator to manage the configuration and customization of the LendingWise installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Document technical business requirements across all operational functions
- Design and implement change requests by enhancing LendingWise settings and business rules
- Coordinate with LendingWise for implementations and integrations, including testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (5 years of related experience can substitute for education)
- 3+ years of experience in LendingWise Administration
- 3+ years of experience building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within LendingWise
- 3+ years of experience in the Business Purpose Lending/Mortgage Industry
- Thorough understanding of the loan lifecycle and knowledge of real estate lending regulations
