Export Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Export Specialist to manage export documentation and logistics for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create export documentation for international shipments
• Coordinate shipment assembly and ensure compliance with FTZ guidelines
• Provide shipment status updates and analyze freight costs for optimal pricing

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with freight forwarders, supply chain, purchasing, and logistics
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with AGS, Integration Point, OneSource, and Warehouse Management System preferred
• Familiarity with reviewing export documents
• Ability to make decisions on freight options based on analysis
