Supply Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Planning Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply planning process for domestic and international products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans and purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Manage domestic supply operations and coordinate with manufacturing partners for the bedding category
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and enhance planning and production processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in supply planning or production planning, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing
• Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools
• Proven success in cross-functional roles involving operations, procurement, and finance
• Experience managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvements
