Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze program performance to determine program needs
- Approve personnel activities concerning hiring, training, development, and performance management
- Track client issues and maintain client correspondence and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current Healthcare Insurance License, preferably Life and Health
- Experience in managing customer service teams
- Ability to meet financial targets including occupancy and bill-to-pay percentage
- Proven track record in coaching and developing subordinates
- Experience in implementing processes for continuous improvement
