Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Technician to support their life and safety customers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the transport network, including opening trouble tickets and coordinating repairs
- Analyze network events, identify critical issues, and ensure network reliability
- Provide Tier I/II support and assist technicians during restoration activities in a 24x7 environment
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of related experience in telecommunications or a similar role
- Experience in customer-facing roles within a telecommunications company
- Extensive knowledge of TDM and IP-based voice and data services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
