Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer/network outage trends and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide support and guidance on service assurance and service delivery processes
- Manage customer interactions from order through billing to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years in the telecommunications industry
- Leadership experience in a similar role supporting PSAP 911, Enterprise, or Wholesale customer base
- Extensive knowledge of TDM and IP-based voice and data services
- Knowledge of Public Safety rules and regulations
