Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to execute dependent verification audit services and ensure service quality and productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members on their tasks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and manage resources for service audits
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in benefits administration with brokers, carriers, or clients
- 2+ years of experience in leadership, training, or mentoring roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Experience with technology, health & welfare benefits, or human resources preferred
- Project management experience preferred
