Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Process Optimization team and manage daily operations
- Engage with executives to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- Oversee the execution of optimization initiatives and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement or operations strategy
- 3+ years of development experience in a high-level programming language
- Familiarity with automation technologies and experience in supervising automation solution development
