E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, tag, and organize product listings using Shopify
• Assist in preparing and updating weekly sales reports and conduct competitive research
• Monitor inventory data, coordinate with vendors, and manage shipping and image organization tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in e-commerce or retail, preferably with Shopify
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work independently
• Familiarity with remote work and US-based clients is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
